Highly prestigious Design House are looking for a fabulous Team P.A. / Office co-ordinator to come on board and join this boutique and iconic brand who are looking for a very polished, professional, highly energetic and a self motivated individual. Based in their beautiful offices in Mayfair, this is a super busy role with lots of variety and at times client liaison and requires a “muck in approach” to get the job done, No job will be seen too big or too small!! You will be calm, methodical, proactive and highly organised with first class communication skills and will go that extra mile to get the job done.
Duties include; answering and directing phone calls, often from High Net Worth Individuals / Celebrities, booking meeting rooms, couriers, cars, organising post, supporting up to 3 /4 Directors with diary management, travel itineraries, and typing of letters. In addition to this, you will oversee general office support and assist with projects and company Events.
The ideal candidate will have some good experience and or a secretarial qualification who want to grew and be part of a highly successful company.
Fantastic training and scope. Good I.T. skill is a must.
