Supporting a very high profile and extremely busy CEO of a not for profit organisation, your days will fly by in the fast paced c-suite office. Your role will be to assist the CEO in their aim to ensure their organisation is represented globally in a positive, proactive and game changing light. You will organise extensive international travel for them, as well as events in many countries around the world. Experience of doing this is a must.
You will be a proven problem solver, someone who can anticipate any issues that may arise rather than just react when they do. A forward planner and thinker, someone who can prioritise and has fantastic interpersonal skills. They are an extremely collaborative team in the CEO’s office and need someone to be of a like mind, as you all help each other to achieve a common goal. You will also need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as your briefing notes and research will form an integral part of the CEO’s ability to deliver keynote speeches and manage their time effectively.
