Investment organisation based in luxury offices in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a well presented, articulate Office Administrator to come on board to join small, fast-paced firm. This is a newly created position – as such, we are looking for a bright, switched on individual with common sense and bags of initiative to tackle projects head on! The successful applicant will be responsible for a broad range of tasks ranging from typical duties: stationery ordering, meeting rooms, making coffees, to assisting with a large office move and event planning. The applicant will need to perform with a high level of accuracy and be able to prioritise. The role will offer significant long-term progression for the right person. Hours 9-6pm, annual bonus, health and medical/dental insurance, and iphone with bills paid. September start.
