Friendly Investment company with a family feel, based in luxury offices in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a well presented, articulate Receptionist/Team Assistant to join their small team. This is a newly created position – as such, we are looking for a bright, switched on individual with common sense, lots of initiative and bags of charm. The successful applicant will be responsible for a broad range of tasks from typical duties such as stationery ordering, organising meeting rooms and monitoring emails, to assisting with PA duties and some event planning. This role would suit a Graduate or A level educated candidate with an excellent command of written English and good knowledge of MS Office. Some office experience useful but no more than 2 years. The role will offer significant long-term progression for the right person. Hours 9-6pm, annual bonus and other bens.
